The Challenge
Our client required an accelerated migration of three brands from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Shopify Plus within a strict six-week timeline driven by platform contract expiration. The client needed a Shopify Plus solution with a clear, scope-controlled roadmap that prioritized functional go-live, data integrity, and SEO preservation while deferring all non-essential customizations to Phase 2.
Our Approach
The team implemented baseline Telluride theme (logo, colors, navigation, homepage, collections, PDP, cart, and checkout), migrated pre-defined product catalogs, order history, 301 redirects, and basic SEO metadata. We completed full store configuration with Shopify Payments, shipping zones, tax settings, and static content pages.
